    • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

 

We retain this type of data for a period of 10 years following the expiration of a contract or from the date we last had contact with you or negotiated with you regarding the conclusion of a contract.

 

  • We process video surveillance data:
    • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation): to ensure the safety of people and property).

 

We retain this type of data for a period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of making video footage except for cases where contracts with clients state reasonable grounds to establish a longer retention period for video surveillance footage or where there are good reasons to believe that the footage has captured a crime or other illegal actions being committed (until the end of the respective investigation and/or court proceedings).

 

  • We process the data stored on a magnetic access card and persons’ binary code:
  • on the basis of consent given by the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)

 

We retain this type of data until the expiry of an employment contract concluded with the Company (with respect to employees) or until the expiry of a service agreement (with respect to clients).

 

  • In order to process requests, inquiries and complaints from you, we process data:
    • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

 

We retain this type of data for a period of 10 years from the date you last contacted us.

 

  • We may process data for direct marketing purposes:
    • on the basis of consent given by you (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)
    • on the basis of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, Art. 69

We retain this type of data for a period of 3 months from the deadline for submitting of applications.

 

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

 

We only disclose your personal data to reliable third parties for the sole purpose of providing our services efficiently and properly fulfilling the purposes of our data processing. Your data may be made available to the following third parties:
