On the 8th of September, Lithuanian business representatives had an exceptional opportunity to visit “Data Inn”

On the 8th of September, Lithuanian business representatives visited the data center “Data Inn”, where they not only had a chance to get a glimpse at where the data of „BTT Group“ clients and some biggest Lithuanian businesses is being stored, but also had an exceptional opportunity to meet with the leading software defined storage vendors “DataCore Software”.

The event was opened by Ilpo Wilkman, “DataCore Software” Regional Manager (Nordic & Baltic), who introduced their software platform “DataCore Storage” to the guests of the event. The partner of “BTT Group” gave a thorough explanation of how this platform can maximize IT infrastructure performance, availability and utilization by virtualizing storage hardware.

The head of sales of “Data Inn” Juozas Rumbutis presented the data center, which is one of the most effective „Tier III“  data centres in East Europe and is the only one in Lithuania which has both Tier III Certification of Design Documents and Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility. After the presentation the project manager Tomas Meškauskas gave a guided tour of “Data Inn”, data center and the CEO of “BTT Group” presented the advantages of information technology in business.
